Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the All Seasons Crew app ("ASC") you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should read them with you.

1. Who can use ASC

You must be 13 or older. Riders under 18 use ASC in a friends-only mode (see the Privacy Policy).
One account per person, with a real birthdate. Don't share your login.

2. Your content

You own what you post. You give ASC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it to the audience you choose (public, friends, crew) so the app can work. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups for a short period.
Only post what you have the right to post. Don't post other people without their consent, and never post someone's location or home.
Community tutorials must be your own footage. We may feature them in-app with credit.

3. Community rules

No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, nudity, doxxing, impersonation, spam or scams. Respect the spots: no posting private property access, closed trails, or anything that gets a spot shut down. Break the rules and we may remove content, restrict features or suspend the account. Report anything from the ⋯ menu; blocking is immediate.

4. Conditions, scores and safety

Conditions scores, forecasts, cams, trail overlays and any "best move" are informational estimates built from open data. They are not a safety promise. Snow, surf, weather and trail state change fast; check official sources, obey closures and lifeguards, wear protection, and use your own judgment. You ride at your own risk. Anything you see the crew do in our videos is done by experienced riders — don't try it because it looked easy on camera.

GPS-derived stats (speed, vertical, run counts) are approximations from your phone's sensors and can be wrong.

5. Location features

Recording, live location and plans are opt-in and controlled by you. You are responsible for who you accept as a friend and for what you share.

6. Accounts, suspension and deletion

You can delete your account any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law, or that put other users at risk. We'll tell you why unless doing so would create a risk to others.

7. The service

ASC is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it up and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and to the extent permitted by law we're not liable for indirect damages or for injuries that occur while riding. Features may change; if we discontinue ASC we'll give you a way to export your data first.

8. Merch and purchases

When the shop opens, purchases will be governed by the terms shown at checkout (pricing, shipping, returns). Nothing in the app is a paid subscription today.
